Sunday morning talking heads

Just 12 days left for the media to bathe itself in Hopenchange. This morning it’s ABC and George Stephanopoulos who are taking a dip: Obama will be on “This Week” for an exit interview that promises to focus heavily on the new intel report on Russia in hopes of pressuring Trump to keep O’s new sanctions in place next month. He’ll also be asked how it feels to watch the pillar of his domestic policy legacy, ObamaCare, go up in smoke. A good time will be had by all.

If it’s Russia-related drama you’re interested in, “Meet the Press” is the place to be. Kellyanne Conway will be on to try to cast doubt on Putin’s guilt followed by superhawk wonder twins John McCain and Lindsey Graham, who are all-in on Russia’s culpability. And in case none of that grabs you, Mitch McConnell will guest on “Face the Nation” to drop some hints about just how far he is, or isn’t, willing to go to thwart Democratic filibusters. The full line-up is at the AP.
