Sunday morning talking heads

A happy salacious Easter morning to you from the Sunday shows, which are set to celebrate this joyous holiday by digging into the Enquirer rumors about Ted Cruz and his many mistresses. Cruz was already booked as the lead guest on “Fox News Sunday” when the story broke so Chris Wallace will get first crack at pressing him about it. Trump, meanwhile, is the lead guest on “This Week,” where he’s bound to do his “I don’t know anything about it but the Enquirer’s been right before, you know” two-step. Expect Stephanopoulos to press him about the curious coincidence in which a pro-Trump paper, to which Trump occasionally contributes and whose CEO is a longtime pal of Trump’s, happened to end up with this very exciting dirt about Trump’s last serious challenger for the nomination.

Elsewhere, John Kerry will be on “Face the Nation” to recite some talking points about the Brussels terror attack that are designed to reassure Americans but will probably end up doing the opposite. The full line-up is at the AP.
